This lawn was regraded enriched topsoil was brought in drainage system installed with down spouts buried and entire lawn was resodded with fescue
This Is a Creta Stone Mosaic retaining Wall That was sinking and falling over in part from poor drainage. We took out all 4 walls, Relayed the base layer of crushed stone, rebuilt the walls and cut out seep holes for the water to drain out of each tier.
