Green Thumb lawn care has always been prompt and on time. No issues

We signed up for the fall law regab that included aeration, overseed, and top soil dressing. We were very happy with the results.

I contacted Green Thumb to do the yard for my business when I contact them they came out they came out gave me an estimate and I was fine with that estimate. The first couple of times it came to cut my grass. They went to the buiness next-door to me, cut their grass and then bill me for doing it saying that they cut my yard and they didn’t. They did come back out to cut it but then after that I’ve called supervisor several times to come out to really explain the scope of work that would happen done to my buildingafter doing that they came out again. They were supposed to cut my island mulch and so on and end up charging me $4000 for work that wasn’t even completed and all they did was justify that a clean out of the islands to get rid of all the things that are in there and all they did was just cut the grass down and Steele charge me $4000 for cutting. They are a company that is very overpriced and they are still sending me invoices for work that was not done. I don’t mind paying for the cuts that they did but $4000 for clean out of islands. It’s ridiculous.
